Can I return the software if I don’t like it?
Due to the nature of Software and internet piracy, we can not give refunds for software purchased. We do though give you support to make sure you get the software configured correctly.
How long will it take for my software order to arrive?
Once payment is received orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, when ordered Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday orders will be shipped the following Monday
Do you offer technical support on your software?
All our software comes with support. With a mixture of both IT Security Australia and the software developers.
Are my orders safe to pay online?
We use a secure connection through to Pay Pal, who process all transactions for IT Security Australia so you are protected.
